How long does the ring making process take?
The ring making process takes six to eight weeks from the time we start consulting.
Can I come look in person?
Yes, my studio is open to the public by appointment only.
When should I contact you to start the process?
You are more than welcome to contact me as soon as you'd like to get the process moving, but there is typically no need to start the process more than six months before you need your custom piece.
Where are your rings made?
From the beginning of the design process to the finished piece, the rings are made completely by me in my studio in Fishtown.
What’s a typical price range for an engagement ring?
The price range for an engagement ring varies greatly. I have made engagement rings for clients anywhere from $3,500 to $35,000. I am more than happy to help you figure out a price range that works for you while still achieving the look that you'd like.
What if I want to use my own stone?
We can absolutelyuse your stone in a custom designed ring or almost any setting that you find on my website.
Do you do repairs?
I do repairs Désideria Collection pieces only.
Do you do custom designs?
Yes, absolutely! I specialize in custom jewelry design, and I love working with clients to come up with the perfect design for them.
If my ring doesn’t fit, how do you resize?
Most jewelry stores are able to resize the ring for you within a quick time frame and reasonable budget. If you'd rather have me resize your ring for you, you’re more than welcome to ship the ring back to me for me to resize
Where do you get your stones?
Most of my stones come from local lapidaries right here in Philadelphia. Diamonds and gemstones can be imported upon request to fulfill your needs from a variety of reliable dealers that I work with.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time.
Can I find your designs in stores?
Currently my everyday lines and couture lines can be seen in person at our design studio by appointment only.
